Return Policy

We’ll be happy to replace any item, exchange it for another, or provide a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return an item, you must first contact Customer Service by email at customerservice@littlejetset.com or by telephone toll-free at 866.361.5660. If you contact us by email, please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition, with all contents, tags and original packaging. We recommend that you insure, and ship your package by a trackable means.  We process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with all our products.  Please keep in mind that some products may be slightly different than pictured due to variations in computers and browsers and/or because of unique craftsmanship.

Sales Tax

For orders shipped to New Jersey addresses, state sales tax will be added to the total merchandise amount and shipping charges, as required by law. 

Gift Wrap

If you wish to send a gift directly to the recipient, we will gladly wrap it for $5.00 per item, per shipping address. Where indicated, you may select gift wrap when you add an item to your suitcase. Certain large or bulky items cannot be gift wrapped. If you wish to include a message, please type the message exactly as you would like it to appear in the "Customer Comments" box that appears on the "Payment Details" page during the checkout process.
